شهرک ساحلی سرخ رود (Seaside Town) ، اثر استودیو کالبد ، مازندران

در این پست با شبکه هنر و معماری ستاوین همراه باشید تا نگاهی به شهرک ساحلی سرخ رود (Seaside Town) ، اثر استودیو کالبد ، مازندران , سرخرود  داشته باشیم ... این پروژه در زمینی به مساحت 48000 مترمربع و شامل 71 مسکونی ویلایی در قالب 6 تیپ طراحی شده است . در آفرینش طرح معماری با توجه به اینکه با مجموعه ای از توده های حجمی مواجه شدیم،درگام نخست برخورد ما با احجام بگونه ای روایتمند بود،گویی احجام فیگورهایی هستند که در کنش و واکنش با يكديگر فرم گرفته اند و نحوه شکل گیری سطوح انتزاعی از تعاملات اجتماعی توده های آنهاست . 

‎دراین رویکرد،نقطه ورود به پروژه بررسی چگونگی ارتباط توده ها(همسایه ها) و تولید دستورزبان فرمی برای آنها بود. گاه نیازمند قطع ارتباط بودیم و توده ها به هم پشت کردند(همانند چرخش در خلاف جهت همسایه های هم جوار نسبت به هم)،گاه نیازمند ارتباط و یکپارچگی بودیم که سطوح درپاسخ به نیروهای برآمده از فرم همسایه خود،شکل گرفتند(همانند ریتم جداره بلوار میانی و یا جهت گیری شیب سقفها که همگی می بایست روایتی واحد و منسجم داشته باشند)،صلبیت پشت بناها نیز برآمده از همین سناریوی نحوه تعامل احجام میباشد(بدلیل عدم اشراف همسایه پشتی به درون فضاها)

In this approach, our entry point into the project was to consider how the masses (neighbors) communicate with each other and then produce a volumetric grammar for them. Sometimes we needed to cut off the communication and as a result the masses turned their backs on each other (like rotating in the opposite direction of their neighbors). On the other side, sometimes we needed the communication and also the integration so surfaces forms in the response to the forces spread by their neighbor ‘s form (like the rhythm of the middle boulevard walls or the ceiling’s slope orientations which should all have a unitized and coherent narration behind.).

Also the rigidity of the back of the buildings has been following the same scenario of the volumes interaction (in order to block the neighbor ’s view to the inner space).

The same approach continues in the design of interior spaces, the walls are angled and establish a dialogue with each other .

The purity of the surfaces and the exaggeration in the angles have created a variety of space quality & also by framing the spaces, various perspectives are provided for the users. All architectural elements have a functional task to complete the sense of space and have avoided being merely decorative.

The hierarchy of spaces is designed in such a way that the user lives all the qualities of open, semi-closed and closed. Roof Garden overlooking the sea, with visual privacy and no disturbing sight is from the potential two-piece volume of the project

1. In a villa town, one of the most important things is the scenic view, and at the same time to block the neighbor ’s view to the inner space. So we use rigidity and rotation to achieve both

2. In this project, with the help of volume’s rotations, all villas benefit from suitable views and lots of perspective . Neighbors do not have view to one another.(they turn their back on each other.)While each unit is formed in the relation to it’s neighbors and together they form a coherent and unit puzzle, in such a way that if even one villa is removed from the site, the coherence of the complex will be lost.

3 .In this project, our emphasis has been on the relationship between surfaces and forms.Therefore, the purity of the volumes was very important and because of that, micro cement is used for the final layer to create a pure and white coating

4. this project is located in sorkhroud city in north of the Iran. It is designed in a 48000 m² land(420m * 130m) & includes 71 villa units (including 6 main types ) .every villa´s land is about 500 m² . all of them are formed in 3 floors & have an area of 450 m².

5. In creation of an architectural plan of the seaside town, with consideration of facing a set of volumetric masses; at the beginning, our confrontation with volumes was in a narrative way as if volumes are figures which were formed in the reaction of one another and also the formation of surfaces has been abstracted from the social interaction of their masses.

6. this project is designd in may 2021 & the construction began in february in the north of the iran & is set to end the next 2 years.

7. we researched about the climate & tried to find a way to use air circulation for decreasing hiumidity by spacing villas. Also the rotation of volumetric masses has been formed due to have wider perspective.

8. one of the most important challenge that we faced to it `we need too many parkings limits for villas during vacations . We placed some of them in the remaining space between all 4 modules that were combined .Therefore, both positive and negative spaces are combined and complement each other
